Sharing Hope: A Mental Wellness Series NAMI X TWC
Join NAMI CVA and The Well Collective for a three-part virtual series exploring mental health in Black communities. Through storytelling, open dialogue, and guided discussion, we’ll address stigma, share lived experiences, and provide tools for support. Facilitated by Amani Matthews, Vanessa Cowles, and Crystal Jones, this series creates a safe space to learn, heal, and build community together.

Cool and Calm: Herbal Remedies for Summer Heat Workshop
In this second workshop in the series, we will learn some herbal and food-based ways to stay cool in summer. Summer is the season of joy and light, but increasingly, that heat is out of balance. We will discuss ways of maintaining our balance, and make cooling summertime tea and syrup, prepare herbal summer mocktails, and more in this comprehensive hands-on class.

Stretch, Breathe, and Grow: A Prenatal Yoga Series
This class will be a pelvic-floor-focused, movement-based, class. The glass may provide you with pain relief and improved pelvic strength!
