This 4-Week Intro to Meditation series will begin with an overview of the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of meditation practice, how to set yourself up so that you can sit for extended periods of time, and debunk some of the "myths" about meditation. We will explore how to meditate and progressively practice lengthening the duration of seated practice over the course of our 4 weeks together.
Each week, you will receive a take-away that will help you develop your personal practice. There will be plenty of time for asking questions and getting guidance on all aspects of the practice.
