Take a moment to explore meditation using the vibration of sound as your anchor.
A sound bath or sound journey is a meditative experience whereby you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations produced by different instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tubular chimes, and other vibrational tools. All community sound meditations are led by a different guide each month.
Important Information:
*No experience is required.
*Wear comfortable & warm clothes.
*Blankets, blocks, bolsters and other props are available to support a restorative position.
*You are welcome to bring a journal, a writing utensil, a crystal or sacred object to be cleared and charged by the sound.
