Meet us to transition into a new season with the invitation of 108 Sun Salutations.
Salutations are sequences focused on the breath, and meant to welcome in new beginnings through reflection, movement and gratitude.
The offering will begin with warm ups before beginning 108 sun salutations. There will be moments of rest through the flow and the closing.
**Completing all 108 sun salutations is not required.
This is an invitation to be in practice as you are, complete what you’d like, and be in the movement. The guide will offer a variety of modifications on the mat and in a chair that will support an accessible practice.
