About the instructor

Sharmae Stringfield, RYT 200 certified, has spent many years living with the mindset of mindfulness. She aligns her approach with yogic philosophy rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition. She enjoys participating in restorative circles and community healing circles in her spare time. Her meditation practices often include breath awareness, which often shows through in her yoga asana teaching style. In her class, you can expect a moderate pace that is accessible to all levels of experience.
