This 4-week yoga series will inspire you with the wisdom of an elder yogi, who has close to 80 years of mediation experience. Guruji Janeshwar Upadhyay, a scientist, teacher, and philosopher, will provide you with the keys to achieve and spread peace, love, and happiness through yoga.
