Sarojini (Jini) Rao was born in Bombay, India, moved to the US in 2005, and has been a Richmond resident since 2019. In addition to being a proud public servant, she is a 200-hr certified yoga teacher and Vipassana meditation practitioner.

Take a 30-minute Vipassana midday meditation session that welcomes  all experiences. Guided by a skilled practitioner, this practice encourages deep mindfulness and inner awareness. The guided practice will  focus on breath awareness, observing thoughts and exploring sensations without judgment. This session provides a break from the day's activities, promoting mental clarity, emotional balance, and whole body restoration. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this inclusive experience offers a moment to pause, and space to reconnect with your inner self and navigate the rest of your day with calm and focus.
