The offering begins with meditative practices to ground yourself, followed by a series of gentle vinyasa movements that are designed to harmonize your body and mind. After the yoga asana practice, transition into a period of journaling where you can capture your thoughts and reflections. This is complemented by engaging conversations with fellow participants, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.
