We will then begin a share and discussion that will lead into a practice to answer your own questions.
During this prop-heavy 45-minute yoga asana practice, you'll explore various yoga props, such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets, to elevate your practice. These props will become your allies in finding stability, alignment, and comfort in your poses, helping you to unlock new dimensions of your practice.
Following the physical practice, you'll have dedicated time to reflect in writing and encourage a connection with our practice. The workshop culminates in a dynamic share and discussion session, where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and learn from fellow participants.
